In this video we examine the philosopher Thomas Sowell’s interesting hypothesis that much of the divisiveness seen in today’s political discourse is the result of a difference in social visions. Or in other words a difference in fundamental assumptions about human nature and how societies function. These difference lead, as we will discuss, to fundamentally different ideas on how best to organize a society.
